Organic Defense reserves the right to eliminate products for sale at any time on it’s owned Web sites.Organic Defense will use all reasonable best efforts to ensure that all products listed are available. Should a product or products become sold out or unavailable for any reason, prior to removal from the website, neither Organic Defense nor any of its directors, officers, employees or other representatives will be held liable for damages, replacement or losses as a result of this occurrence.
Sales Tax Information
Persons or Companies engaged in the business of service, repair, or retail are eligible for reseller certification. As such you may be entitled to notification of special offerings and a tax exempt status. You may be required to transmit a copy of your State’s sales or use tax permit and a signed statement attesting to the nature of your business to Organic Defense.
It is the policy of the company to charge applicable sales tax if retailers do not supply the appropriate reseller tax identification certificate as required. The company is not responsible for additional tariffs, duties or any form of taxation that apply to items shipped to other states or outside the United States, unless or until governmental policy is established requiring Internet sales to collect applicable sales tax on a state by state basis.
Our Policies for Wholesale Customers:
Terms:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Check or Money Order. Net terms are not available at this time. Orders must be prepaid. If paid by check, your order will be shipped after funds have cleared. Please make checks payable to “Organic Defense.”
Wholesale accounts are required to provide a copy of your states’ sales or use tax permit and complete a Tax Exempt Resale Certificate form. It is the policy of the company to charge applicable sales tax if retailers do not supply the appropriate reseller tax identification documents.
Returns:
Damage that occurs during shipping needs to be reported to Organic Defense within 48 hours of receipt. If the box appears to be damaged upon delivery, please tell the driver immediately.
90 days return on non-defect items with a 20% restock fee after which all sales are final. Returned items must be in the original retail packaging and in new condition. Items returned in used or opened condition do not qualify for refund and will only be returned to the dealer at dealer’s expense. All shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the Buyer and therefore do not qualify for credits.
There is a 20% restocking fee on all refusals or undeliverable shipments (NOTE: restock fee does not apply if you were shipped a wrong product). The original order invoice (or packing slip) is required for all returns as proof of purchase.

All orders shipped F.O.B. San Diego, California. Check shipments and report any inaccuracies immediately.

Accounts are allowed 30 days from date of invoice to report billing problems. Backorders will ship automatically unless specified by dealer. Prices, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Additional retail terms may apply.
Dealers’ retail price of any item may not be discounted more than 10% off of the Organic Defense published regular retail price, and for not more than 30 days within 12 months.
